As much as we hate to see our customers go, we know you wouldn’t want to pay for something that isn’t working for you. Managing your subscription is quite easy.
Simply log in to your One Card account on your computer and click on the “Share” tab (mobile users, click on the “Settings” tab), scroll down until you see the “Manage Subscription” button.
There you can see your active status, when your One Card expires, and a “Cancel Subscription” button. Just click on that button and your subscription will automatically be cancelled. You’ll receive an email to confirm your recent subscription cancellation.
